DO NOT USE! my insurance reserved medical transportation for my double amputee mother and no one showed up. They show the transport as complete. I will be calling them. IF your reservation is set with them, please switch, you won’t get anyone to answer your call and will be stuck scrambling to find an alternative. Unacceptable.
