ABB Care Transport Inc. completely failed to provide transportation service. After waiting well before the scheduled pickup time with my phone available and ready, the driver never showed up. No proper communication, no accountability, and no concern for the patient depending on transportation to a medical appointment. This is unacceptable for a medical transportation company. Never answers the phone. Never called to verify ride. Bad reveiws and bad communication. Why would a company not answer the phone

We keep updating telephone number even through the insurance which they always say first abb calling this old number we don't even know what it is . the guy claim he was out there. but he did not even try to ask my brother-in-law was it him in a wheelchair. It always happens on weekends since he been with this new company. they always short on weekends all these companies and is hard on the patients that really need the ride.
