Good Experience and pretty good customer service
They won't let people use the handicap access. They make handicap, people walk up the stairs. And then they laugh at them when they fall. They talk poorly about customers in front of other customers. They're extremely unprofessional. And seem to ridicule the handicap. I left and found a super nice clean store with great prices on broadway called mainstage. My new go to I will never go here again.
