Maybe the worst MSP i’ve ever encountered . Technical debt , no AI strategy , micromanagers and serious security issues. Legacy technology and no documentation. Surprised they even survive. I’d advise any company to not use their services.
They are the absolute worst. The help desk doesn’t exist, it takes hours or days to get a response….which is often “turn off and back on” and when you actually connect with someone, it’s clear that when they take over the computer, that they have very little understanding of the problem and just go through motions of some upgrades…and it takes far longer than expected. There is one guy, Brian or John, who is incredibly helpful and efficient but he’s got to be looking for another place to work because he’s surrounded by moron... read more
