They are the absolute worst. The help desk doesn’t exist, it takes hours or days to get a response….which is often “turn off and back on” and when you actually connect with someone, it’s clear that when they take over the computer, that they have very little understanding of the problem and just go through motions of some upgrades…and it takes far longer than expected. This is a fantastic company that is always improving to provide the best services for its clients
The best I can say is that they are good at taking your money, but I would look elsewhere for a service provider.
