Do not come here for fingerprints!! I booked an appointment a few days in advance and paid for this service. Drove 45 minutes to only find the office locked with the lights off. A worker from the other side of the building saw me outside and said “I see this often, people come here for fingerprints and she’s no where to be found”. She should have her privileges revoked if that’s the case. Will be filing a complaint with Fieldprint also.
Worst book keeping ever throughout the years has messed up child support payments to the state by taking out of pay check and not submitting it, has messed on my hours each week pay check hours less than what it should be and that is just when I notice it. Who knows how much money I’ve really been screwed out of.
Karen is great to work with. She's very skilled, thorough, works quickly and is personable.
