The bad reviews are sound. This company treated my parents very unprofessionally. The lady who greeted my parents was unbelievably rude, patronizing, and condescending; she took it upon herself, for whatever reason, to challenge my parents and assume they were lying about owning a legitimate LLC Company. She claimed she wanted to "educate" them on how LLCs really work and she even went as far as to claim that my parents must have had their company started "illegally."
