Used them by ordering the wrong medical cab company, confirmed by phone,but the guy arrives earlier and leaves within two minutes before I get there. Does not answer phone leaving me late and then I had to order a Lyft instead and they call after I got their. Then could not even give me a ride back but says you have the wrong number sorry.
Terrible service!!! Very long wait time for a sick family member. Made him late to his appointment, and then took over an hour to pick him up.
Do not use this company. They admitted to not being trained to do their job when they arrived and left. They lied about sending 2 people to bring a handicapped person down steps, they lied when they gave us a phone # for their office and customer service. Exceptionally bad service and rude as you would expect . Do not trust them.
They said they were equipped for two man jobs. They aren’t. Then they said they had to subcontract out the job. That was flat out lie. When I asked for the number of the subcontractors co. Number, they gave me a very wrong number. Do not use this company. And good luck getting their customer service to speak legibly over the phone. Terrible. Minus five stars.
