I contacted them by sending an inquiry through their online contact form and left 2 voice messages but I never heard from them. I left a message asking if they are able to help my foreign and domestic income. If they cannot help, they could just let me know. Very unimpressed and disappointed.

Amare is great to work with. He is very patient with me as I have a lot on my plate. He's very helpful and does what he can to save a dollar. He is professional and very knowledgeable in Quickbooks, which was extremely helpful because he taught me some shortcuts and features I didn't know about.
