I had an incredible experience ordering wedding jewelry from A.B. Ellie! In particular, I was seeking a small (but beautiful) statement piece to wearing as a back necklace, since my wedding dress included a fairly open back. The pieces I bought from A.B. Ellie worked out perfectly and added so much to the special day. Thank you all so much for everything!
Extremely disappointed in the product received. I understand that handmade jewelry, especially with materials like natural pearl, will absolutely vary in how they look. However, for $300 for a pair of earrings there is still an expectation that they look reasonably like the product photo. My assumption was that the jewelry maker is selecting pearls with care ie. the pearls roughly match in size and shape (again, I don’t expect a perfect match but would expect them to be reasonably similar). Terrible experience with Founders Ashley and Ellie. I ordered a matching set necklace and earrings for my wedding, and when it arrived the pearls were completely different (not matching). I didn’t have time to return / replace through their usual process pre-wedding, and when I contacted them they were extremely rude, and unhelpful. In fact there response to my final email pleading for support was a return label and no response. The jewellery itself is poor quality given the price tag.
