Unaccountable for mistakes made to taxes very unprofessional, I have to hire a competent accountant to fix mistakes made by Desha lost $500 on fees paid to her plus the cost of refilling my taxes, bragged about how her forms get a better refund, after she's paid she doesn't answer phone calls, emails or chats. Leaving you to deal with headaches from IRS. should of followed my gut and filed with turbotax same amounts if done CORRECTLY don't waste your money or time.
