One star because I can't leave zero. Don't waste your time trying to get your taxes done if you have anything more complicated than a standard EZ form. Furthermore, they are rude beyond rude. I had a SCHEDULED appointment for my mom. We waited OVER AN HOUR, only to be told that the solar reimbursement programs (both state and federal) were "beyond their scope." Maybe find some smarter (or better trained) preparers? Why in the HELL are we paying membership dues to this organization?

Very Disappointed with AARP here in Albuquerque I been a member of AARP for over 25 years and this time I needed help with my New Mexico Taxes and they can not help me because reservations are full today is March 15th 2023 and no human person answer the phone to get help where else can I go or sign up in case there is reservation. So why should we pay for membership?

I made a appointment to get my taxes done today, I went down to VA memorial park, that's the place I was given. I got there and it was closed and had a sign read "no taxes are prepared at this location". I was upset cuz i had to take leave for half day...and I still got a text to remind me...
