My transaction with Shannon Ward occurred outside of any legal context. Based on my personal experience, I found our interaction to be highly unprofessional and misleading. She made statements that were unfair, misleading, and untrue, intended only to have a negative impact on my reputation.

She is the paragon of greed and will do anything to sate her greed including throwing you under the bus. She has absolute no interest in your case other than how much money she can earn from it. She will not think twice If she has to sacrifice your interests (and you) for the money.
If you want a great law firm don’t go here. The receptionist had me email in my evidence for an intake . I made multiple calls and never heard back. Now I’m signed with an amazing firm in LA. That responds and actually believe my case had multiple violations. Grateful this law firm sucked so bad it led me to an amazing boutique firm with an amazing team!
