They are nice people. But i came here at 9am for a 2pm appointment. And I’m still waiting. Its ok to follow the appointment times. But you have to be aware that the drivers, when they get loaded, still have 10 or 11 hours of driving ahead of them.

I would advise waiting for appointment time. Maybe an hour early.
