I left my car with Aaron for over 3 months, and they did not even start on it. I was calling and chasing it down and he would always say next week and put the phone down. So I cancelled, picked it up, and they left the electric on and killed my battery on arrival. I have spoken to a friend and he said the same story about the delays
I appreciate ya putting the time in to fix my catalytic converter and changin my transmission oil and putting in a new filter and at a good price too.
We wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on our vehicles!! Aaron Shay and their guys are honest and trustworthy.
Would not recommend at all. Took to shop numerous times for same issue, after 5k in charges, took to dealership. Dealership said they did a horrible job. Had to take back to Aaron due to warranty and they still didn't fix what dealership said was the issue. Very bad communication. Replaced things without notifying us. Aarons famous words are "I was about to call you". Have spoke to locals in Cana, fancy gap, and Hillsville, they all said the same thing: he sits on cars and doesn't fix the problem but he us good at taking you... read more
