I disagree with the first review. Aaron's typically has a better selection than Rent A Center and is cheaper at least by a little anyway. I purchased and paid off a sofa, love seat, coffee table, and 2 camcorders from Aaron's in Lees Summit. They have always done what they say they will as far as my personal experiences, and besides, the time to ask any questions or negotiate the conditions is BEFORE you sign an agreement, NOT AFTER. First off, I am not a disgruntled former employee or non-paying customer. This is a real review from a real customer. Buyer beware! Do yourself a favor and find an alternative to Aarons Rent to Own. They will not honor what they say they will do...even if you have undisputable proof. Of course, they are more than willing to tell you whatever you need to hear PRIOR to signing the agreement, but once you do, WATCH OUT! And if you call the "customer service" hotline, all you get is some foreigner telling you that they understan... read more
