Horrible new manager. Will never go back. My fiance is in the military, which employees and manager were well aware of it. My fiance left for a 3 week training which we told them in advance about they harrassed me for days, calling me while I was working, calling him knowing he only had enough to call me on a good day for 5 minutes because the service in the fields were horribl . Would show up to my house when I was working threatening my neighbors upstairs to get ahold of me.

4 reviews a minute ago Funny i noticed most of the negative reviews are from within the last year.My horrible service was also within the last year.My first experience at this location and my last.Complete incompetent liars.Made 2 purchases spent over $1000 never again.Sad part is my first experience at the rotterdam location was great before they closed that location.For now on Rent A Center will get my business.I give anyone interested in going here a heads up don’t waste your time.

You set up a payment date with these people and they feel that they can take a payment anytime they want. Then I called to get a QUOTE and WITHOUT setting up anything they go ahead and with draw over 100.00 out of my account!!!! For something I just wanted a price for!!! PLUS THEIR PRICES ARE OUTRAGES!!!! NEVER will I do business with these people again!!!!.

Suppose to pick up tables on tues. No show so friday was next day no show..when we called carissa said there in northville ,will be there. No show..this happened when they had to pick up before..should known better...Leo Carissa...shame on you. My home is upside down in the meantime we have furniture coming tomorrow ...what a mess......they should be ashame of themselves.
