I would give 0 stars if I could. The couch had a cockroach on it. I stood in their store for 2 hours just to get some help. I was told my first payment was taken care of because of the trouble i went thru. Tim promised my new couch would arrive Thurs. Tim calls and says my couch wont be here til next Thurs. I told him how upset and I was considering cnacelling after all I had been thru just trying to purchase a couch. He said he called around to other stores and my couch was coming.
