Danielle is so understanding of financial situations that may happen to you. She WILL work with you if you just communicate with her and be honest. Most places just care about your money or reposses. She wants the merchandise to be yours, not just your money. I would give newport aaron's rental more stars but 5 is all it allows me.

This store didn't do the right thing by us. False computer information, lying and covering up unjustified actions. Our experience is the worst we've ever encountered with an Aarons. I don't recommend this store, unless you want to be taken advantage of, lied to or given excuses for wrongful behavior and blaming it on their computer system. I'm happy to say that we've decided to go with another company. Kadi

The associate was literally sleeping on the job. Took a while to acknowledge me. I told her I couldn't hear her due to hearing loss but she still talked low. Got on her phone texting and was ignoring the other customer that came in after me. I walked out with the other customer. Simply bad customer service.

My experience with them is very bad, I booked a room for rent with them and they canceled my reservation because the first number was wrong, in return they took the number from me in the same form three times, but they could not work themselves and look at the same paper The second row has my correct number, then I went back to them again and the form was filled out again, then the manager there canceled the reservation without telling me that when I called her she said that she did not complete the procedures with me and sh... read more
