THE ABSOLUTE MOST DISRESPECTFUL BUSINESS THAT I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED! THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING OVER THE PHONE AND IN PERSON. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! THEY HAVE THE ATTITUDE OF LOAN SHARKS AND THATS NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND PURCHASE USED FURNITURE AND PUT COVERS ON IT BECAUSE ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE DEALING WITH THESE A$$HOLES!!!😡

If I could give a zero I would. I can't believe the disrespect shown to me because I own pets. Nowhere in the contract does it state if you own pets you can not return merchandise. The manager looks down on pet owners and disrespects other people way of life. I have witnessed burn holes from cigarettes on merchandise sitting in the store for sale but because I have pets the merchandise is trash to the store manager. I will never use them again. So when you place your order at this particular location after doing days of research looking for a particular item. Then you find there’s a similar item in stock sitting in there store. We ordered it on a Wednesday, called Thursday morning to set up delivery. Was told by a store associate let me see & I will give you call back. Of course no call back so we call and are told “we can’t get it to you until Wednesday 6/1 because we have No Delivery people 🤔 sounds like you shouldn’t be taking the orders if can’t fulfill them….... read more

I worked for this company for 15 months. In the beginning I enjoyed my job and my coworkers. This year we got a new GM that had been with the company 6 months and only knew 1 position. I asked the DM (Phil) if I could have more training so that I could perform my job correctly or better. Needless to say prior to my resignation I was still waiting for that training. I was coordinating with the team associate Saturday afternoon to come and purchase a couch. There was no delivery because it was late. So I arranged for that. I needed this couch last minute to accommodate a lady minute visit. I spoke with her about coming in after 5 pm and she acknowledged that that was fine. I was so disappointed and upset. That she had left and she saw me waiting outside it was appx 5: 40. She could have told me otherwise that it wouldn't possible to do this transaction instead of leading me on
