My first encounter with these great guys was over the phone. I was a little flustered lol but they were patient and EXTREMELY FAST with making my delivery appointment!!! I was a pain in the you know what on this endeavor as well but these GENTLEMEN, handled me with such PATIENCE!!!!😍

I would give ZERO stars if possible! After working with Aaron's for years at their Mill Plain Store (now closed) and the Fourth Plain & Grand Store, my account was moved without my knowledge or consent to another store. I had 10 years of contracts I honored and had a file 3 inches thick with paid-off accounts, and so in April, when I moved, I wasn't prepared for the experience I had with this new store. The old bait and switch. They sold me a brand new TV in the box over the phone but delivered a used one with no box or remote and wouldn't honor their agreement and tried to make me accept the used TV..

I am just always the hopeful one and stopping in here left me fuller of optimism than I'd counted on. I definitely need to find a place of my own. Everyone who knows me understands that well. I did fall in love with the Mayfield designed couch. The rocker love seat not so much. It would create more indifference, having an active 9 year old who has shown they're happily as active than me indoors.
