This is my first time in over a year paying my bill late and they are making me pay 394.00 when my bill is 235.00 per month! They are a rip off! Once I pay them off I will never do business with them again! I am a loyal customer and I feel this is not right! The first time I’m late paying my bill and I have to pay almost double the monthly amount and than have to pay the regular amount next month! Why is that!
