Go online and see the hundreds of complaints about this company. I am sur there are thousands if you look around. These a holes told me if I ever had a problem to come in and see them and they would work with me..WRONG. When you ask to talk to the manager ( and they all seem to be named Ken ) they will put anybody on the phone then lie about talking to you. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Aarons in Norwich. We got furniture that had lots of undisclosed damage, as well as electronics that turned out not to work. Also, I found many of the staff to be less than friendly. They will be very friendly until you make a purchase, or until you make a payment. Call me old fashioned, but in customer service, manners goes a long way.
