Very irritated about their customer service within the last month. First my 3d t.v. went out. It took two weeks to get a loaner and another couple of weeks for them to actually send it off to begin to be fixed. Usually they have been amazing with working with people however new staff have been not returning phone calls, stating they can work with a payment arrangement then calling back and stating they never agreed to an arrangement. Watch your contracts, management will tell you one thing and try to screw you in the contracts. Verbally we were told that we would have two-months before the first payment would be due. Contract said other-wise and they tried to skim right over it.

We rented a tv and the girl who did our paperwork had no clue what she was doing. She said it was a 60' bit when we got it it was a 55' no big deal but would have been nice to know. The speaker was blown out, apparently it had been previously rented. When it got to our house they had forgotten the remote and had to bring it back the next day. Be careful when buying from Aaron's. We purchased a sectional that looked brand new, but when it arrived, it was marked up and broken. They did replace the broken piece, but offered to cover all of the marks with pens. It was NOT the same sectional we looked at and purchased.

The driver of their delivery truck in Gresham does not follow the law, talks on cell phone while driving, gives me the finger, and the manager at the store found this to be no big deal. Nobody I want to do business with or let in my house!!

In September of 2012 I did a rent to own with Aaron's rents (875 Bridge St., Brighton, Co.) I rented a love seat and couch. I was told at the time I signed my contract that if something happened to the furniture while still under the lease contract that it would be fixed or replaced. We had an issue with the love seat in July of 2013 the handle broke on the recliner. Not a place to go if you want to enjoy your buying experience. They are concerned with only one thing. Your money! Go somewhere else! They get you in as a customer and than make sure you pay. They ensure this by calling your references and harassing them until you pay up. They are unfriendly and not a place I would ever recommend.

Even thought this location is a long drive for us I really enjoy going to this store they are very friendly and when I have a problem with one of their items they are very helpful and I have never had any problems with them. I would recommend this place to anyone
