Been with Aaron’s going on my 4 year never had issues with keeping my payment date on the same day every time I start a lease. I was told today that it was changed with out my knowledge I don’t know if it’s this new manager or corporate but I have always set my payments for the 20th and the old manager always worked with me cause he knew I am a truck driver I’m never home this new one wouldn’t even explain why my payment schedule change and refuses to work with me like the other manager was willing to do and here’s the kicke... read more

Let's start with the harrasing calls and showing up and speaking to your neighbors about your business. Or even better your landlord. Forget about the that you pay them but still seems to be a problem. They charge you for a easbut when it comes done theyl'l ignored the program you still pay for either or your break something or stolen. Very unethical personal working for the company. I have been a loyal customer since 2011 and I am very displeased with the management there now they have no compassion they said they never received my automatically with drawn payment which I have proof they took it out of my account and while talking to them on the phone I gave them my card number to verify that is the number on file and they ran it and it took out another payment which I had in my account that was for another bill I had to pay so one payment they cant find and another that paid my bill and already asking ... read more

If I could give zero stars I would, I have been with Aaron's for 10 plus years and paid off every account I've ever started, I recently bought a fridge and a Nintendo switch and have paid about half off without any issues, I recently got hospitalized and was in no position at that moment to do anything while in the hospital, I pay there membership thing that is supposed to help in situations like this and was told while in the hospital to take them a dr note?
