If I could leave a negative 5 stars I would! Yes... I am behind on my payments... But I did send a payment last week! My husband was out of work first because of his heath then it was car trouble then the weather . I let you know we are having a financial hardship... Yet you HARRASS ME BY CALLING SOMETIMES 10 TIMES A DAY AND COMING TO MY HOME TWICE A DAY! AS LATE AS 10 PM! WHEN WE GET OUR ACCT. PAID I WOULD NEVER EVER do business ever again
Just about every item was either damaged in some way or highly overpriced. Worst selection and item availability I have ever witnessed in an Aaron's store.
Rude employees
I have a washer and dryer from you guys. I called at ten this morning and told you my washer was leaking water every where . You said someone would be here this afternoon. Nobody ever came and now you are closed. You could have ATLEAST CALLED me to say you were not coming! I sat here all day when I could have been out paying my bills and running other errands, I needed to take care of! I will be calling the manager on this come Monday.
