We have had a broken couch since last may. This is the second time it’s been broke. The first time was two weeks after we bought it. Said it would take 8 weeks for parts. Then said that guy quit and had to reorder. Needed measurements which we took up in dec and now they say they don’t have those either. So... been making payments on a broke couch for months. They did lower the payment which would be great if it was for something that in good shape. People seemed nice but this has been ridiculous.
There an awesome bunch of people
Aaron's in west plains is an awesome place! I've been with these guys for a VERY long time and have seen a LoT come and go. But, they finally have a group of people that are amazing. They actually care about their customers as if they were family. I'd recommend these guys every time!
The people at Aarons are awesome. Always so nice and give you great deals. Most of my furniture comes from them.
