I called the next morning after we bought our couches because they were too big for our living room. The manager wasn't there so I was told the manager would call me back. I called first thing the next days and the manager said he had to check with his regional manager and would call me back. He never called back, I called and they said I could not return them, all sales were final. I could understand if we had had the couches but I literally called the very next morning. aarons kept taking random money from our banking account. we took ourselfes off auto pay and three months later they took 200 fron our banking accont with out our authorisation. its been a month and they still have not returned the money nor can they give me any further info about when it will be returned. aarons are liers and theifs.
RecommendedThey have such amazing deals. Rob (the manager) is awesome. BTW. He is very understanding. Works with you on your payments. Definitely reccomand Aaron's in Bellefontaine.

RecommendedI would recommend Aarons in Bellefontaine. Their prices are amazing plus the options they give on payments. The products they have are great as well. I have been a customer here for goin on 2 years.

Hate dealing with this place and these workers are beyond rude...i was told I had x amount of payments left by one worker then something different later after payments still being taken out of my bank account.. Never doing business here again
RecommendedThey were fast and helpful in looking for a dryer over the phone. We got a much better one than we were expecting (still scratch and dent) for a lower price than we expected. First time going to Aaron's, we will be back!
WORST PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. They never show up on time. The entire delivery crew along with the manager smokes weed on every delivery. They drive impaired. If you do have the horrible misfortune to do business with them only do it with Kristy.
