I called the next morning after we bought our couches because they were too big for our living room. The manager wasn't there so I was told the manager would call me back. I called first thing the next days and the manager said he had to check with his regional manager and would call me back. He never called back, I called and they said I could not return them, all sales were final. I could understand if we had had the couches but I literally called the very next morning. Hate dealing with this place and these workers are beyond rude...i was told I had x amount of payments left by one worker then something different later after payments still being taken out of my bank account.. Never doing business here again

Why would your employees place a door advertisement on my door knob when there is a no soliciting sign on my property? Also, how am I supposed to receive 25% off when the offer expired on 12/31/14. Please do not place your garbage on my door again, I would appreciate it greatly.
