Horrible service! I called last November to report that I needed repair on my loveseat. I waited patiently but I never heard from them. Because of this and other circumstances, I asked that they come and get the furniture and they have refused to come and get it. They have lied numerous times saying they are coming and they never do. Have even reached out to the General Manager, who was no help at all.
