I was represented by Aaron Wise in Jackson County case 2025-DV-000074. My case was later dismissed by nolle prosequi. On Sept. 11, 2025, I emailed Mr. Wise a detailed written statement, injury photos, and specific preservation/discovery requests, including bodycam, dashcam, 911 audio, CAD/dispatch logs, reports, statements, prior related calls, and possible nearby video.
