On Sept. 11, 2025, I emailed Mr. Wise a detailed written statement, injury photos, and specific preservation/discovery requests, including bodycam, dashcam, 911 audio, CAD/dispatch logs, reports, statements, prior related calls, and possible nearby video. Absolutely Terrible lawyer, he ignores his court appointed clients and is very negligent in that regard and many more… He failed to preserve my evidence, which was the first thing that I asked him to do which made me miss out on a $1 million lawsuit ( potential based off precedent) after a false arrest and multiple constitutional violations against me.
