My work has brought me from state to state over the years, and so far Aaron has filed for me in Connecticut, Illinois, Colorado, California, and Alabama and has done a great job every time. Super knowledgable, communicative, and fast. He can be a bit curt at times but who cares, I call once a year for taxes, not conversation ;)

The over-the-phone customer service that I received from Aaron Sears, CPA was absolutely horrible. Honestly, he seemed fraudulent. While I was brief and had direct inquiries, his responses made him appear confused, they were choppy, indecisive, dismissive, and even sarcastic. He seemed incapable of providing specific answers or solutions to very simple questions such as his hours of operations and the type of taxes he prepare.
