I advise truck drivers like myself dealing with a workmans comp issue to avoid this firm ESPECIALLY if your company's WC insurance carrier is CBCS. They can't seem to win against them. I have been off on injury for almost 2yrs and Tom the attorney on my case has gotten ZERO wins getting my TPD/TTD payments going. Please do your research before committing to this firm
