Rude, arrogant, and completely dismissive. He told me he “couldn’t help” because I supposedly wasn’t sharing all the facts or evidence—meanwhile, I literally had video evidence to support everything I was saying. Instead of listening or asking to review the evidence, he made assumptions and shut the conversation down. I took my business elsewhere, and my cease and desist letter was handled the same day. His loss.
