I took my truck (full warranty through *****) there on the morning on November 6th to have my transmission looked at because it was slipping in 4th gear. I went online this past weekend and filled out an instant offer request through the Aaron Ford of Escondido website for my 2022 **** Edge Titanium Elite and was given an instant offer of $27525. ********* from your store reached out to me to follow up. I sent 22 photos of the vehicle to confirm the condition. I recently had a very terrible experience at Aaron ***** The lease on my **** Lariat Tremor was coming to an end and **** was relentless with the calls and asking me to come in. They finally offered my 35K for the truck and buyout was 32K. Once i got there, the sales manager told me they couldn't buy my truck. It was explained I would need to buy the truck from **** then sale it to them. I was also told that after I bought the truck, **** added a provision to all leases. I sold my car to them and they told me at the end of the transaction that my check would come to me within 72 hours. It's been 100 hours and neither salesman knows where my payment for my car is. They lied about my payment. I just have to wait now

I purchased a vehicle from them did not get an advertise price had to purchase $6000 worth of additional insurances for the vehicle for example electronic license plate coverage on windshield. If I would not have purchased those I could not buy a car to me it was switching bait Four months later still waiting for my license place you call them no one returns your call stay away from these people they bunch of crooks

Horrible experience I take my 2023 **** explorer for service! We bought it when it was ***** ***** Unfortunately, they were recently purchased by Aaron ****! Aaron wont honor the warranty! We had words and they told ** to deal with ***** in *****! Thats 60 miles from where I live! To make matters worse after our service they told ** our car was ready we open the driver side door and there is mud and dirt all over the floor, side of seat and even the door panel! When we told ***** about it! He walked away! Beware

Worst dealership for ***** ***** is a joke. He is going to be the reason this dealership will fail. No manners and very cocky. Talk bad about fellow worker getting fired for giving better appraisals than he does. He doesnt care of the customer. Go try otherFord companies not this one. One word they are thieves well at least ***** is.
