Not a lot of companies you can call at 6:30am on a Sunday (especially not father’s day) after your scheduled uber cancels. Simon hopped in his car at a moments notice hearing that I’d only be able to make my flight by a very narrow margin and got us safely there with moments to spare. Real life saver - thanks Simon! He’ll be my first call moving forward - great driving, great service and great conversation!
This company stinks. My office made a reservation and when I arrived the guy said he didn’t have any reservation for me and when my office called he said something like ‘right now that sounds familiar but noones around to help’. Then he was kind of a jerk on top of it. I hope this guy goes bankrupt. He certainly deserves to.
Amazing service. Long story short Simon went above and beyond when we were in a tight spot to get us where we needed to go. Can’t say enough good things.
