I love these blinds, Aara blinds and shutters have been making very good blinds and the owner is very nice.
Stay away from this joke of a company! There are many more reputable blind and shutter companies in the Toronto area that make superior blinds at a very competitive price. The Blind and Shutter Outlet is not the only go to company for window coverings. I regret that I had not read the reviews on Homestars prior to ordering shutters from this company. I will start off with the positive. The sales individual Julian was professional the product is good for the price. I really wish I had read the reviews before going with them. Unfortunately the bad outweighs any of the good. We purchased custom rollers, shutters and custom arch shutters (which had to be specially made). We expected these to take a while and they did.
