This place is a joke. I’ve wasted so much time dealing with them I can’t be bothered to outline the details here but please be warned - if you have an item of value this is not the place to take it. They will damage it and refuse to refund you or repair it, total chop shop.
My desk chair looks amazing, and it was completed extremely quickly. I brought in a fabric that wasn’t ideal for upholstery and the team took extra steps to make it work beautifully. Everyone was so friendly and helpful — thank you!
