If zero stars could be given I don't know if I would even give them that. Had my taxes done here a few years back and they created a major headache for me; first round said I owed 1,200.00, found a mistake then they revised and it was breakeven. Then I found another mistake and i got a small refund. Could never get ahold of anyone and secretary completing the taxes didn't know what was going on.
Dropped off taxes 4 months ago. Haven’t heard a word from Matt. I can never get a hold of him and he won’t call with any questions. Do your self a favor and find anybody else. Maybe even someone in grade school. At least they’ll respond
