Customer service is terrible. Both the workers there were really put off with having to work. Lack of training is evident
ABSOLUTE WORST Exchange that I've been to. It used to be nice -- VERY nice -- but ever since the renovation, it has offered NOTHING!!! Previously, you had choices for this and that. I went there previously with the knowledge that I'd find what I was looking for. Now the offerings dwindled to about 10%-30% of what it used to be. Absolute WORST.
