Such great staff! Made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. I was taken care of by Rhonda. She was very welcoming, helped me with what I needed. Now I will continue to bank with the company!
Honestly I was terrified to finance my first vehicle and put it off for many years. The employees and loan officers at AAEC made it easy, simple, and explained everything to me step by step. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into a loan like at a dealership, I was told honestly whether I’d be upside down on the vehicle or not etc, whether to get the warranty through AAEC or the dealership. It was an amazing process, and I recommend this credit union to everyone now.
