One of the worst credit unions. Terrible customer service, always making making errors and overall just unfriendly. Been with AAEC for 20 years, will not be continuing once things are paid off. I highly recommend going elsewhere. Rhona is one of the only kind people working there and she is always happy to help. Very disappointed that they hire people who don’t care to help others and are nasty
I love this credit Union so much! My brother found this hidden gem and I decided to join some months ago to open a savings account. I was also able to get a car loan at a super affordable APR and comfortable payment which made the stressful car buying process much smoother than if I went through the dealership financing! I have gotten taken advantage of and felt scammed before when getting a car loan through the dealer but these guys made it possible for me to get a beautiful car at an affordable rate.
