Late night drive home from college on 417 and my tire got flat right before a bridge, these guys answered my call right away and worked with me to get my car back safe that night. Really appriciate the text updates i got from my tow guy, he was nice, respectful, worked quickly and answered my questions. Definitely reccommend AA&D Towing. :)
Absolutely terrible experience. Whoever answered the phone was beyond unprofessional and disrespectful. I calmly asked questions regarding my vehicle and instead of helping, I was constantly interrupted and then told to “leave him alone” as if this isn’t a business and customers aren’t supposed to ask questions. If this is how they treat people over the phone, I can only imagine how they handle customers in person.
