Absolute crap. Supposedly I’m in the service area. But not one ride is available for scheduling at anytime from my address. They need to fix their map. Useless.
It was my first time to use Aacog Transportation Services and the entire experience was perfect. Eddie was fantastic and picked me up in New Braunfels. When I left a package in the van, Eddie made a special trip to return the item doing so with a gleaming smile! Such a wonderful service and Eddie is the best.
I know! It's a great service. Getting an agent on the phone is a nightmare. I wish there was an app. Then one could check on the status (or confirm) arrival and return trip times. CONFIRM! And approx arrival times etc... But it sure would be a tremendously better service. Thanks guys!
