It was my first time to use Aacog Transportation Services and the entire experience was perfect. Eddie was fantastic and picked me up in New Braunfels. When I left a package in the van, Eddie made a special trip to return the item doing so with a gleaming smile! Such a wonderful service and Eddie is the best.

I know! It's a great service. Getting an agent on the phone is a nightmare. I wish there was an app. Then one could check on the status (or confirm) arrival and return trip times. CONFIRM! And approx arrival times etc... But it sure would be a tremendously better service. Thanks guys!

I have been riding this bus for over a month everyday to a medical appt. It is the worst transportation and unreliable. When they pick you up they are suppose to wait for you for up to 10 minutes. I never make them wait but it's Thier policy. This morning he pulled up for 1 minute and left. Never honked, never called my phone until 10 minutes after he pulled away. This is a medical appt. I will be sick Iall day because these people don't care about you. I asked to be picked up at 9 am everyday. My clinic closes at 10. I'm in... read more
