Melissa has been very helpful with doing our personal taxes. Having someone knowable doing them has helped me a lot. The team has been very supportive with getting them done on time as our information comes at different times.
Zero initiative to fix a major problem that they caused. Refused accountability, even after the IRS threatened to garnish wages and there was undeniable proof my taxes were submitted incorrectly. Emails and phone calls were ignored for months. I begged for help dealing with the IRS. We had to switch to a new accountant and spend hundreds of dollars to fix it. I have been working with Melissa and her team since the beginning of the year and I more than satisfied with them! Melissa has helped me with moving from a desktop version of Qbooks to the online version and she is way better than any online support I could have received from Qbooks. She has been very patient, kind and a funny during our zoom meetings and I never felt intimidated when asking her to explain things in simple terms for me.
