I had ordered a power supply for my pool robot through Amazon. Unfortunately, the product description on Amazon said that the model I ordered would work with my pool robot. It didn't, which I confirmed with the manufacturer's tech support. They told me which model would work with my robot. I worked with Amy to resolve a salt chlorinator issue. I had originally purchased the chlorinator off of their Amazon store. I had problems with chlorine not being produced, but after several calls with Pentair to try and remedy the situation I ended up needing to return the item to get the bigger cell. I ordered a product for my pool and was lucky enough to have Amy, from Aabaco, be my sales agent. I have never had a sales person so professional and customer helpful before. I explained what I needed and she had the product and understood o was trying to obtain it quickly. I ordered a new pump and motor. Unfortunately they sent the wrong item, but it arrived earlier than expected. I called John, he immediately took care of the problem and I had a new pump in less than a day. Great customer service!!
