I ordered a product for my pool and was lucky enough to have Amy, from Aabaco, be my sales agent. I have never had a sales person so professional and customer helpful before. I explained what I needed and she had the product and understood o was trying to obtain it quickly. I ordered a new pump and motor. Unfortunately they sent the wrong item, but it arrived earlier than expected. I called John, he immediately took care of the problem and I had a new pump in less than a day. Great customer service!!
Jim was very helpful in resolving my order issue. He quickly found my order when I called, even though I had ordered through Amazon which they did not help me. He sent me a replacement of my Yellow Treat chemical that came damaged. I am going to order directly from them going forward.
