I ordered a pool cleaner control box and had to return it. Amy walked me through the process, and then helped me get the credit when it was returned. She was polite, professional, and very patient. It was such a refreshing change to get a live person instead of a recording giving me a menu of options. And, to have someone be so nice, was just wonderful. When I emailed her, she promptly responded.
I had ordered a power supply for my pool robot through Amazon. Unfortunately, the product description on Amazon said that the model I ordered would work with my pool robot. It didn't, which I confirmed with the manufacturer's tech support. They told me which model would work with my robot. I worked with Amy to resolve a salt chlorinator issue. I had originally purchased the chlorinator off of their Amazon store. I had problems with chlorine not being produced, but after several calls with Pentair to try and remedy the situation I ended up needing to return the item to get the bigger cell. I ordered a product for my pool and was lucky enough to have Amy, from Aabaco, be my sales agent. I have never had a sales person so professional and customer helpful before. I explained what I needed and she had the product and understood o was trying to obtain it quickly.
