Carrier contracted & hauled 2 loads from us. One of which resulted in a $180,000 cargo claim. The was due to their driver not turning on the reefer unit on a frozen load. All documents showed the reefer specs. Upon filing with the insurance company, it was found that they knowingly transported a commodity which was not insured or accepted by their insurance policy.
