your drivers need to learn how to drive. you move over for emergency vehicles (you should know this you drive emergency vehicles yourself. you don't pass on the right. you don't road rage after. you almost cause and accident. you van drive needs to pass a basic knowledge test.

An attendant that delivered my Grandmother was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would recommend reinforcement of training in professional and patient delivery.

Scheduled a load for pickup, got an excuse that they tried picking up the load but never showed up at all, then had to reschedule, only for another 3 excuses and still no pickup! After a week of trying to get the load picked up had to spend an hour cancelling load and schedule another carrier! No way to contact them, just excuses!

We had the best experience with two staff from AAA Ebonnee and Mini thank you both for transporting my mother. She is 92 and you both were very caring and thoughtful. Thank you both again. If we need your services again I hope we get you both!
