the rep hung up on me cus I questioned his knowledge
Communication and customer service needs to improve. I emailed a worker a very simple question there more than a week ago and got no response. Emailed again and still no response. I don't know whether she is still working there or just chose to ignore me. If she is no longer an employee, AaA should forward her email to someone else. anyway AAA should make public the Manager's email address so that I can email him. Update: Both the employee and the manager kept not returning my repeated email. Terrible service.
Good luck getting somebody on the phone. I call and go through automated service to finally be transferred to a live agent to then get hung up on.
I'm frustrated. The front desk staff were unhelpful and dismissive and sent me away refusing to help me make an appointment to return, and I was not able to make an appointment online.
