I would give negative star if I could. I paid for a passport photo. The agent did a visa photo, which was not the correct size. When I tried calling for an hour, no one answered. I went to the branch office and guess what, not a single apology for the huge inconvenience. I was told no refund and I will have to pay for another picture. I just received my AAA card in the mail and the last name is misspelled. When I walked into the Preston Rd Frisco TX AAA store 2 weeks ago, they took my information for the application and I told them they were misspelling the last name. This mistake is no surprise to me - as during my entire visit I thought the AAA member services team were rushing through everything, not paying attention.

Communication and customer service needs to improve. I emailed a worker a very simple question there more than a week ago and got no response. Emailed again and still no response. I don't know whether she is still working there or just chose to ignore me. If she is no longer an employee, AaA should forward her email to someone else. anyway AAA should make public the Manager's email address so that I can email him. Update: Both the employee and the manager kept not returning my repeated email. Terrible service.
