Communication and customer service needs to improve. I emailed a worker a very simple question there more than a week ago and got no response. Emailed again and still no response. I don't know whether she is still working there or just chose to ignore me. If she is no longer an employee, AaA should forward her email to someone else. anyway AAA should make public the Manager's email address so that I can email him. If I could give ZERO stars for how my homeowners account has been treated over the years by this specific branch I would! The auto side is fine and I usually speak to phone reps versus the branch. However, the Frisco, TX branch will NOT step in to help homeowners! I have spoken to them 3 times over 10 years about lowering my rate and there is an excuse every time. I had a very disappointing experience with AAA at the Frisco location, particularly with Wendy Holden. I emailed her a simple question about replacing a vehicle and called her direct line and the front desk several times, but never received a response. Since I know she is still employed there, the lack of communication felt intentional. Overall, the service was unprofessional and discourteous, and I would not recommend this location. I would have given zero reviews.
