Staff are super friendly and very helpful. We went 5 minutes before closing, but they still helped us.

Had a great experience here contrary to many negative reviews. I was in and out with my international driving permit within 17 minutes. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful!

I was helped in my appointment today by Ms. Alexandria Haley? Oh gosh, I can't remember how to spell her name, but it was a unique spelling. But she was wonderful, extremely friendly and was able to get me into my appointment a few minutes early. When I was a manager at a previous job, the kind of customer care and high quality of service that I saw in her would've had me trying to poach her from her current position. And now I know that if I need travel planning needs in the future, I know exactly where I'm going for help.

Great experience, no wait. I had a passport photo taken for Canada. They reviewed the instructions on the Canadian application form carefully and did everything correctly. Highly recommend.
