Staff is very kind and patient.
I’m not sure why there are bad reviews here… Allyson was kind, funny, and made the experience so much easier than everything I’ve researched. I would highly recommend coming to this location. Leo was very kind and did a great job making sure my paperwork was correct; everything about this establishment was top-notch!
De'Undre is the absolute best! Very attentive and easy to work with and is always a pleasure!
Called at 7:25 AM for battery service, it's 2:31 and still waiting for service...multiple calls, multiple promises and no results. Terrible service AAA!
My experience is strictly on regards to Deundre as I cannot speak about the other staff. Deundre was very responsive initially to get my business. Once my business was acquired, it's been absolutely nightmare in dealing with him. He's been screening calls, never returning my calls or emails. My rates suddenly increased by almost double after I signed with him and he simply ignored me when trying to work this out.
