I don't understand all the negative reviews. My spouse and I walked in and were warmly greeted. We asked for passport photos and they were done in less than 5 minutes. Very friendly staff. Only slight issue is the photos were not as polished as my last ones, however we are not using it for a passport.

I would give negative star if I could. I paid for a passport photo. The agent did a visa photo, which was not the correct size. When I tried calling for an hour, no one answered. I went to the branch office and guess what, not a single apology for the huge inconvenience. I was told no refund and I will have to pay for another picture. I wanted to talk to the branch manager and I was told he is out. I have called the corporate office and filed a complaint. I just received my AAA card in the mail and the last name is misspelled. When I walked into the Preston Rd Frisco TX AAA store 2 weeks ago, they took my information for the application and I told them they were misspelling the last name. This mistake is no surprise to me - as during my entire visit I thought the AAA member services team were rushing through everything, not paying attention.
