Their website says you can call and receive a quote over the phone. The woman that answered seemed too busy to even talk to a new customer that was referred to them. She told me to come in to get the quote. I said your website says I could call you. She said no! I asked if she had an estimate for an individual tax return preparation- she interrupted me before I was even done, told me no. Well then NO you won't be receiving a new customer or referrals. Rude.
