Horrible experience! I used Sherry for two years. She does not answer the phone or reply to messages. I was told she was sick the first year, and thus decided to try her for a second year, expecting the experience to be better. Unfortunately, my paperwork was filed late both years and I just received a note from the IRS stating that my filing was incorrect for 2016 and I owe nearly $3,000 which includes interest. My husband and I have done business with this company for years, I cannot rate this company high enough. Caring, professional, know this work inside and out, I would not trust anyone else to do my taxes.
Great tax service,really know their stuff and always professional but personable love this place.We had our taxes done by the same person for years but meet AAA at church decided to give them a whirl and now can't imagine anyone else doing our taxes.
