Have been using AAA for years. Very busy office and very old school . Gets to know her clients and treats them like family.
Have been using AAA for years. Very busy office and very old school . Gets to know her clients and treats them like family.
Called as a new potential client. Was treated very rudely on the phone by the receptionist. The few questions I could get out, the receptionist answered in a very unprofessional way. I have never felt anger towards someone so quickly in my life than I did towards the receptionist. Go anywhere else is my suggestion.
I have been going to them for at least 10 years. The Accountant who does my taxes is not the person who answers the phone. It is a busy office. Occasionally I have had to call a second time with a question. My taxes are always done without problems and the Acountant is very polite.
