I've never used professional, full-service movers in the past. Now, AAA Soto's Moving & Storage has spoiled me for the future. From the jump, they were responsive, gave me an actionable quote, and maintained communication until the day of the move. I sent a list of what was being moved to make things easier. Amazing service and unbeatable price, best movers I've ever had. Joesiah and Bob were professional, diligent, and efficient - they knocked out my move in 60% of the time other companies quoted! I highly recommend this local family business, you won't find better.

I wish that I could write a review like the one I did 6 years ago and be able to recommend AAA Soto to friends as I have done over the years - but that's not to be. I reported a number of problems soon after a March 2026 move and the replies were cavalier, untimely and uncaring. Nobody from AAA Soto showed much interest and certainly made no effort to offer a solution. We have used AAA Soto's twice and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. We first hired them back in 2019 for our move from Rancho Sahuarita to Vail. They packed our boxes for us and did a fantastic job. The price couldn't be beat either. Fast forward to 2026, we had a more complicated move from Vail to storage to Oro Valley. We received a few bids from other companies, but AAA Soto's beat them by a country mile.
